Director of Philadelphia VA Medical Center to Retire
Richard S. Citron, director of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, plans to retire after 38 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs, according to a report by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
In his 2.5 years as director, Mr. Citron expanded a behavioral health program and added a women's health program.
The VA will conduct a national search for his replacement.
