KLAS, a medically focused research firm, released its report on clinical documentation improvement services earlier this fall, analyzing financial outcomes, case mix index, CDI program sustainability and ICD-10 preparedness, among other categories.
ChartWise Medical Systems, a provider of computer-assisted clinical documentation improvement software, was among the vendors to receive high marks in the report, receiving recognition for the service and customer support of its software.
