CFO of California's Saint Louise Regional Hospital Resigns

Chelva Kumar, vice president, CFO and corporate responsibility officer of Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, Calif., has resigned, according to a news release by the hospital.
Mr. Kumar has left the hospital to serve as president of Chicago-based EPIR Technologies.
The hospital has named Nicole Thomson, director of business planning and development as interim CFO, according to the release.
Ms. Thomson joined Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Aug. 2008 as director of finance and previously served as director of finance for Hospital Corporation of America.
