CEO of North Carolina Hospital System Leaves Post

The board of commissioners of Johnston Health in Smithfield, N.C., has relieved CEO Kevin Rogols of his duties, according to a report by WRAL.
Ruth Marler, COO for Johnston Medical Center-Smithfield, will serve as interim chief executive until the board names a successor.
Johnston Health includes Johnston Medical Center-Smithfield (formerly Johnston Memorial Hospital), Johnston Medical Center-Clayton and Johnston Medical Associates.
