Beloit, Wis., Hospital and Clinic to Merge

Beloit (Wis.) Memorial Hospital and Beloit Clinic are finalizing plans to merge into Beloit Health System, according to a report by the Janesville Gazette.
Effective Jan. 1, all 1,460 employees of the hospital and clinic will be employed by the new health system, which includes 110 physician-partners, according to the report.
The new health system will be a non-profit organization.
