Hiring managers and human resource executives should keep an ear out for three questions candidates may ask in interviews, as they may be "green flags" for a great hire, according to a blog post from healthcare employee assessment firm Select International.
Adam Hilliard, consultant with Select International, said he keeps an eye out for candidates who ask the following questions.
1. Where do you see the organization in the next five to 10 years?
2. Why did you join the organization?
3. What are the next steps?
