4 things to know about Rivkin Radler's merger with Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde

Healthcare law firms Uniondale, N.Y.-based Rivkin Radler and Albany, N.Y.-based Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde will merge July 1.

Here are four things to know about the transaction.

1. The resulting firm — to be called Rivkin Radler — will create one of the largest healthcare law practices in the northeast.

2. It will have offices in Albany, New York City, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Hackensack, N.J., and Long Island.

3. All of ICRH's 16 attorneys and other staff members will join Rivkin Radler's 165 attorneys.

4. Robert Iseman, founding partner of ICRH, said the merger "will enable us to respond more effectively to the ever-increasing complexity and risk facing both individual and institutional healthcare providers."
