ProMedica to Acquire Memorial Hospital

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica announced it has signed an agreement with Memorial Hospital in Fremont, Ohio, to establish a long-term relationship with the intent of Memorial Hospital becoming a member of ProMedica.

The organizations will now notify the Ohio Attorney General and conduct due diligence.

ProMedica President and CEO Randy Oostra said the partnership with Memorial Hospital will enhance clinical services and expand access to care, according to the release.
