Munson Healthcare to Unveil Merger Details

Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare is expected to release details on its planned affiliation with Spectrum Health, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., according to a Record-Eagle report.

Munson officials will continue to investigate partnership opportunities with other healthcare providers, such as the University of Michigan Health System.

Information on the possible merger will be released this week following a strong reaction from the Traverse City community, according to the report.
