KVC Health Systems to take over management at WVU's tech campus

Morgantown-based West Virginia University is finalizing an agreement with Olathe, Kan.-based KVC Health Systems to lease the contiguous portion of the university's technology campus, according to The Fayette Tribune.

If the deal is successful, KVC Health will begin managing the university's technology campus in August. Officials said current maintenance staff, administrative staff and academic staff at the university will be eligible for positions under the new management.

Through the partnership, KVC Health and WVU will work together to build academic programs to benefit WVU students. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

KVC Health provides foster, adoption and behavior healthcare to children and families.
