Froedtert Health Purchases 6 Wisconsin Medical Practices

Milwaukee, Wis.-based Froedtert Health has completed its purchase of six medical practices in Menomonee Falls, Germantown and Hartford, Wis., from ProHealth Care Medical Associates based in Waukesha County, according to a Froedhert Health news release.
Froedtert Health is a regional health organization made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Josephs's Hospital, West Bend; and Froedtert Health Medical Group.
The six locations employ about 90 physicians and 400 staff members and will begin operating as Froedtert Health on Sept. 7, according to the release.
