CHRISTUS St. Michael Intends to Take Over Atlanta Memorial Hospital
CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System based in Texarkana, Texas, has signed a letter of intent to discuss a lease agreement with Atlanta (Texas) Memorial Hospital, according to a KSLA News report.The Atlanta Memorial hospital board has voted to sign the letter of intent and both parties hope to have all paperwork completed soon, according to the report.
