Little Canada, Minn.-based healthcare services provider Apex Revenue Technologies has acquired Nashville, Tenn.-based LetterLogic to grow its revenue cycle management arm, Twin Cities Business reports.
ART and LetterLogic manage billing services for healthcare and hospital clients. Through the acquisition, ART officials hope to double their annual net revenue, according to the article.
