Cabell Huntington (W.Va.) Hospital and Huntington-based Pallottine Health Services entered into discussions concerning Cabell's potential acquisition of St. Mary's Medical Center.
2. Maine Coast Memorial considers joining Eastern Maine Healthcare
Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth and Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems in Brewer signed a letter of intent to begin discussions about forming a closer relationship.
3. Kootenai Health joins Mayo Clinic Care Network
Kootenai Health, based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, joined the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
