1. Thomas Lemon serves as president and CEO.

2. Robert J. Courtois serves as vice president of finance.

3. The hospital has 46 beds.

4. The hospital has 356 total employees.  

5. In 2011, the hospital performed 500 inpatient surgeries, 2,700 outpatient surgeries and 200 births, and it had 6,000 non-admitted emergency room visits, 1,100 admitted emergency room visits and 14,900 outpatient visits.

6. In 2011, the hospital recorded $108.1 million in gross charges and $520,000 in net income, according to the American Hospital Directory.

7. The hospital received a Patient Safety Excellence Award from HealthGrades in 2013.  

8. Otsego Memorial Hospital was founded in 1951. In the following years, the hospital expanded several times and added new centers and specialties to meet growing community needs.

9. A board of directors, who are elected by members of the Otsego Memorial Hospital Association, governs the hospital. Membership in the association is open to any resident in the hospital's service area and has annual  dues of $5 for an individual and $8 for a couple.  

10. The hospital is supported financially by Otsego Memorial Hospital Foundation and with volunteer service from members of the Otsego Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
