1. Jay R. Johnson serves as president and CEO.

2. Douglas R. Volinski serves as vice president and CFO.

3. The hospital has 145 beds.

4. The hospital has 840 total employees.  

5. In 2011, the hospital performed 1,000 inpatient surgeries, 3,800 outpatient surgeries, 400 births, 23,900 outpatient visits and had 16,500 non-admitted emergency room visits and 3,400 admitted emergency room visits.  

6. In 2011, the hospital recorded $205.9 million in gross charges and $4.8 million in net income, according to the American Hospital Directory.

7. The hospital received a Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades in 2013.  

8. In 1975, community leaders in Duncan, Okla., realized that the three for-profit hospitals in Duncan were not able to keep up with the area's growth. The Duncan Chamber of Commerce formed a task force, and in 1977, the three for-profit hospitals were merged into a single, non-profit corporation.     

9. Duncan Regional Hospital is governed by a nine-member board of directors who all volunteer their time without monetary compensation.    

10. Primary funding for the hospital comes from private and local business sources.
