CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, N.J., is an acute-care facility and the flagship of CentraState Healthcare System.

2. As senior vice president and CFO of CentraState Healthcare System, John Dellocono oversees financial management at CentraState Medical Center.

3. CentraState Medical Center has 284 beds.

4. The hospital has a medical staff of 450 physicians.

5. For the cost report period ending December 2011, CentraState Medical Center recorded $852 million in gross charges and a net income of $11 million, according to American Hospital Directory.

6. In 2011, the hospital performed 3,500 inpatient surgeries, 4,200 outpatient surgeries, 2,200 births and 50,200 outpatient visits, according to American Hospital Directory.  

7. In 2013, CentraState Medical Center's radiation oncology program was reaccredited by the American College of Radiology.

8. CentraState Medical Center was established in 1971.

9. In 2005, CentraState Medical Center was awarded Magnet status by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

10. CentraState Medical Center is a teaching hospital in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway.
