Pennsylvania cardiology practices merge

Two East Pennsboro Township., Pa.-based cardiology practices, Capital Cardiovascular Associates and Lewin & Nadar Cardiology Associates, merged and moved to a new local office, according to The Patriot-News.

Both practices are part of the Camp Hill, Pa.-based Holy Spirit Health System, which was recently renamed Holy Spirit – A Geisinger Affiliate. The merged cardiology practices will also be renamed as Holy Spirit Cardiology – A Geisinger Affiliate.

The cardiology practice includes 13 physicians, nine physician assistants and two nurse practitioners. Providers are available at four locations, including the new East Pennsboro Twp., Ga., location. Two additional physicians from Holy Spirit Cardiothoracic Surgery also relocated to the East Pennsboro Twp., Ga., office, according to the report.
