Ohio physicians collaborative adds 10 member groups

Ten physician groups, totaling more than 200 physicians, have joined the Independent Physicians Collaborative, which eight groups in the Cincinnati area founded in January, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

The Independent Physicians Collaborative is focused on building brand awareness and ensuring its physician groups are included in payers' and self-insured employers' provider networks.

With the new organizations the collaborative totals 439 physicians and 3,480 full-time employees. The new member groups include:

  • Radiology Associates of Northern Kentucky (Crestview Hills)
  • Professional Radiology (Cincinnati)
  • Tri-State Centers for Sight (Crestview Hills, Ky.)
  • Riverhills Healthcare (Cincinnati)
  • Commonwealth Orthopaedic Centers of Northern Kentucky (Florence)
  • Cincinnati GI
  • Tristate Arthritis & Rheumatology of Crestview Hills (Ky.)
  • Reconstructive Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (Cincinnati)
  • Dayton (Ohio) Gastroenterology
  • Dayton (Ohio) Physicians Network
