Noble Health Alliance acquires 2 physician practices

Fort Washington, Pa.-based Noble Health Alliance plans to add two physician practices to its clinically integrated network, adding 64 physicians to an existing network of more than 1,800 physicians in the greater Philadelphia area, according to The Herald.

The additional practices include Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, which is the nation's largest independent cardiology group, and Premier Orthopedics, based in Newton Square, Pa.

The Noble Health Network was created in 2013 with Philadelphia health systems Einstein Healthcare Network and Aria Health, Abington (Pa.) Health and Delaware County, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System.

"While we place a strong emphasis on primary care, the addition of such highly regarded specialists as Premier Orthopedics and Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia greatly enhances Noble’s ability to make sure patients receive the best possible care," Susan L. Williams, MD, CMO for Noble, told The Herald.
