CaroMont Health Acquires Mid Carolina Cardiology From Novant
Gastonia, N.C.-based CaroMont Health has acquired the Gastonia branch of Mid Carolina Cardiology, previously part of Novant Health, according to a Gaston Gazette report.The cardiology practice includes a main location in Gastonia and four satellite offices and will become the sixth office affiliated with CaroMont Heart. Novant Health will continue to operate six other Mid Carolina Cardiology offices in and around Charlotte, according to the report.
Details of the transaction were not released.
