Care Innovations recently announced plans for Hackathon 2015, an event which brings together clinicians, providers, health plan administrators, patients, family caregivers and engineers to solve one of healthcare's biggest challenges.
This year's theme is "Redefining the care team." The goal of the event is to redefine the industry's care teams to improve care coordination, outcomes and the patient experience while lowering the overall cost of care.
At Hackathon, teams will form after hearing ideas from the audience and teaming up with people who want to work on specific ideas. The team will then work together on product ideas, developing minimally invasive products and preparing for presentations before the close of the event.
Hackathon will take place September 18 - 20, 2015 at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
