Recruiting is underway for a new family medicine residency. Set to begin in July 2016, Baptist Memorial Health Care and Church Health Center, both based in Memphis, Tenn., are together launching a new family medicine residency, according to The Daily News.

The program will host up to 12 total residents, who will be based out of Church Health Center and residents will rotate through the Baptist system and various physician practices, according to the report. Baptist will fund the program, but both organizations will participate in leadership.

The program has already been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
