Economic pressures have forced Hospital Sisters Health System, based in Springfield, Ill., to cut 50 jobs from its Eastern Wisconsin Division, according to a Green Bay Press Gazette report.
The job cuts include 19 full-time equivalent leadership positions, which were eliminated through retirements and open positions, and 30 medical transcription positions, which were eliminated through attrition, open positions and outsourcing, according to the report.
In addition, Hospital Sisters Health downgraded 14 management roles.
