Hollywood, Fla-based Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital takes patient satisfaction to a new level with the introduction of "Tutu Tuesday."
A new blog post from Sheridan Healthcare revealed the new Tuesday routine at the hospital began when an operating room assistant decided to calm a patient's pre-surgery nerves by wearing a tutu.
Before long, this simple idea spread word throughout the department and dozens of patients began seeing more tutus around, according to the post.
