Trump calls out Obama for calling healthcare bill ‘mean’

President Donald Trump called out former President Barack Obama for saying the Senate’s healthcare bill is mean, claiming that “he actually used my term, ‘mean,’” according to Newsmax.

In a meeting with senators earlier this month, Mr. Trump called the House’s AHCA “mean.”

Mr. Obama reacted to the Senate's healthcare bill Thursday in a Facebook post that brought attention to its “inherent meanness.”

In a Sunday interview on “Fox and Friends” Mr. Trump admitted that the Senate’s bill was not perfect, but that "we don't have too much of a choice, because the alternative is the dead carcass of Obamacare."
