The Health, Labor and Pensions Committee will hold a hearing June 13 about drug pricing and prescription delivery systems, according to The Hill.
The Senate committee passed an amendment earlier last month that sought to drive drug prices down by increasing generic drug competition.
President Donald Trump has been vocal about his displeasure with the price of prescription drugs, and his administration is said to be working on measures that would aim to bring down the price of these drugs, according to reports from those familiar with the administration.
