New board chairman elected for Trinitas Regional Medical Center: 6 things to know

Victor M. Richel has been elected board chairman of Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, N.J., and Trinitas Health, its parent organization, according to a report on NJ.com.

Here are six things to know about Mr. Richel.

1. He is a banking executive, philanthropist and community volunteer.

2. He is chairman, president and CEO of Dominion Partners, an investment and consulting firm.

3. Mr. Richel also serves as chairman of Westminster Properties a real estate development company, licensed New Jersey new home builder and property management company, according to the report.

4. Additionally, he is treasurer and a trustee of Elizabethtown Healthcare Foundation.

5. He is a graduate of Villanova (Pa.) University, and also furthered his education at Columbia University, based in New York City, and the Harvard Business School, based in Boston, to attend marketing and executive development programs.

6. Mr. Richel succeeds Sister Rosemary Moynihan, SC, General Superior of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth based in Convent Station, N.J.
