Salaried employees:
1. Greater flexibility
2. More help from MDs, PAs, NPs and RNS
3. Hospitals more frequently seeking input from clinicians caring for patients
4. Simpler dealings with insurance companies
5. Updated equipment
Owners/partners:
1. Better communication
2. Better equipment
3. Better partnerships with doctors
4. Better fee payment schedule
5. Less paperwork
