Express Scripts to eliminate more than 300 jobs

St. Louis-based Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefits manager, will cut more than 300 jobs when it closes a call center in Pueblo, Colo., in April, according to The Pueblo Chieftain.

Express Scripts is closing the call center due to fewer customers using the center's services. Company spokesman Brian Henry told The Pueblo Chieftain that use of the call center has decreased as more customers use Express Scripts' online capabilities.

The company will offer job search assistance to affected employees. Some workers will be offered the opportunity to relocate to another Express Scripts call center, according to the report.
