Buffalo-Area Hospital Building $19.5M Expansion of Surgery Facilities
United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, N.Y., is in the middle of a $19.5 million expansion of its surgery facilities, according to a report by Business First of Buffalo.
When the project is completed in December, the hospital will have five ORs, a pre- and post-operative area and 19 private recovery areas.
The 131-bed hospital was created in 2000 by the merger of Genesee Memorial and St. Jerome hospitals.
