Chicago-based Valence Health, a provider of value-based care solutions, appointed Anthony Gutierrez as vice president of operations for its health plan services division.
Mr. Gutierrez previously served as COO for Missouri Care, a WellCare Medicaid plan. Before then, he spent more than 12 years at CNA Financial in Chicago.
Valence also expanded its team with the additions of T. Jack Risenhoover as vice president of business development and Janet Hughes as senior director of product marketing.
