Together Health Network names CEO, leadership team

Detroit-based Together Health Network has named Scott Eathorne, MD, CEO.

Dr. Eathorne was one of the key physicians who led the planning of the new network, which was formed in 2014 by St. Louis-based Ascension Health Michigan and Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health Michigan. He had previously been serving as the network's interim CEO.

Prior to joining THN, Dr. Eathorne served as president of Partners in Care, a physician hospital organization representing the partnership between The Physician Alliance and its 2,100 physicians, and St. John Providence in Detroit.

THN also announced the appointment of five other leaders.

Mark Casmer was named vice president of network development. Previously, he served as interim president and CEO, COO and vice president of operations at Medical Advantage Group in East Lansing, Mich.

Alex Veletsos became vice president of information technology after serving as CIO of St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw and St. Joseph Health System in Tawas City, Mich.

Ryan O'Roark is now vice president of contracting. Previously, Mr. O'Roark served as vice president and CFO of HealthPlus of Michigan in Flint.

Susan K. Hashisaka was named director of operations. Most recently, she served as director of clinical transformation at the Southeast Michigan Beacon Community in Detroit.

Debi Siljander, MD, was named THN medical director. Previously, Dr. Siljander served as director of clinical integration at Royal Oak, Mich.-based Beaumont Health System.
