Jason Barker, president and CEO of Billings, Mont.-based St. Vincent Healthcare, has announced his resignation, effective Feb. 28, according to a Billings Gazette report.
Mr. Barker has led the hospital since January 2011. He said he is leaving the area but did not add further detail, according to the report.
Steve Loveless, current COO, will take over as president and CEO.
