Charles Stewart, CEO of Fort Smith, Ark.-based Sparks Health System, has stepped down from his position, according to a report by The City Wire.
Mr. Stewart had served as CEO since September 2013. He took over for Gary Blan, who resigned after just three months on the job, according to the report.
