Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica named Kent Bishop, MD, chief experience officer, a newly created role.
Here are four notes:
1. A board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist by training, Dr. Bishop is president of ProMedica's women's service line.
2. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
3. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo.
4. In his new role, Dr. Bishop will lead patient experience services and strategies system-wide.
