Manassas, Va.-based Novant Health UVA Health System named Maggie Gill CEO, according to The Washington Times.
Here are five things to know:
1. Ms. Gill comes to Novant Health UVA from Savannah, Ga.-based Memorial Health, where she served as president and CEO.
2. She worked at Memorial Health since 2004, and previously served as COO of the health system.
3. Novant Health UVA Health System is a regional partnership formed in January 2016, according to a UVA Today report.
4. As per the partnership, Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health's Virginia operations joined UVA Culpeper (Va.) Medical Center to create a regional health system.
5. Novant Health UVA Health System includes three medical centers as well as physician offices, urgent care clinics and imaging centers.
