North Carolina's Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital Names New President
Judy Schanel has been named president of The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital and executive vice president of Moses Cone Health System, both in Greensboro, N.C., according to a Moses Cone news release.Ms. Schanel joined the Moses Cone health services division in 2002. In 2005, she was named vice president and service line administrator for the hospital.
She succeeds Tom Gettinger, who took a position with WakeMed in Raleigh, N.C., in May. Ms. Schanel will begin work on Aug. 9.
