Nobilis Health names Kenny Klein CFO: 5 things to know

Houston-based Nobilis Health, which owns and manages ambulatory and acute care facilities, has appointed Kenny Klein to serve as the company's CFO.

Here are five things to know about Mr. Klein.

1. Mr. Klein will replace Andy Chen, Nobilis' outgoing CFO, who will assume revenue cycle and development responsibilities with the company as its executive vice president of finance.

2. Mr. Klein has served as Nobilis' chief accounting officer since April 2015.

3. Prior to joining Nobilis, Mr. Klein served for more than five years as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of the Menninger Clinic, a psychiatric hospital in Houston.

4. Mr. Klein has more than 26 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, analysis, management, auditing, treasury and human resources, focusing primarily in the healthcare, construction and financial services industries.

5. Mr. Klein graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn., and graduated with a Master of Business Administration and Post Baccalaureate in accounting from TWU in Houston. A licensed CPA, Mr. Klein is also an adjunct professor of accounting for University of Houston – Downtown, and for Texas-based Lone Star College.
