Medical City McKinney (Texas) selected Steven Kaster, MD, to serve as CMO.
Here are four notes:
1. A board-certified gastroenterologist, Dr. Kaster was previously a physician partner at Digestive Health Specialists in Kansas City, Mo.
2. He was also a board member and founding member of Physician Specialists of Kansas City, an independent physician alliance.
3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. Dr. Kaster holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
