Lovelace Health System brings in new executives: 4 things to know

Albuquerque, N.M.-based Lovelace Health System has welcomed various new executives, according to an Albuquerque Business First report.

Here are four things to know about the leaders.

1. Janelle Raborn, who was COO of Albuquerque-based Lovelace Women's Hospital, is now division vice president of operations role with Lovelace Health System. Her replacement, Paul Musgrave, previously served with Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, according to the report.

2. James Washecka, who for the past five years has served as CFO of Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, Okla., has been named division CFO of Lovelace Health System, effective March 1. He replaces Stephen Forney, who left the organization to become CFO of Verity Health System in Redwood Shores, Calif.

3. Eric Hardy, CFO of Lovelace Medical Group, is leaving his post after less than two years. Lovelace Health System did not disclose reasons for the upcoming departure, according to Albuquerque Business First.

4. Katherine Cox, communications manager for Lovelace Health System, spoke positively of the executive shuffling. "People leave for various professional growth or family reasons and we're really excited about the changes that are happening. We have some really great things happening on our end [with the new incoming leadership] — especially since the COO position at Lovelace Women's Hospital opened up because the former occupant moved up into another position in the organization," she said, according to the report.
