Kaufman Hall, a provider of strategic, capital, financial and transaction advisory services and software tools, named Therese Fitzpatrick, PhD, BSN, RN, as a senior vice president in the firm's strategic cost transformation practice.
Here are three things to know about Dr. Fitzpatrick.
1. She is a workforce optimization expert with four decades of healthcare experience, according to a news release.
2. Previously, Dr. Fitzpatrick was executive vice president at Assay Healthcare Solutions and The Optimé Group. She also previously served as senior vice president at Evanston (Ill.) Northwestern Healthcare, now known as NorthShore University HealthSystem. Additionally, she once served as senior vice president and CNO at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee.
3. Dr. Fitzpatrick earned a doctoral degree in urban studies from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and a Masters in Nursing Administration and a bachelor's degree in nursing, both from DePaul University in Chicago.
