John Starcher, Jr., Named Health Management Associates Eastern Group President

Health Management Associates in Naples, Fla., has named John Starcher, Jr., eastern group president, according to an HMA news release.
Mr. Starcher most recently served as CEO of the North Division at Catholic Health Partners in Cincinnati.
