HSHS Medical Group, the physician organization of Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System, appointed John Kelly, MD, PhD, permanent vice president of quality.
Here are three points:
1. Dr. Kelly has served as the medical group's interim VP of quality since February.
2. He is a fellow of the American College of Medical Quality.
3. He will assume the VP role on a permanent basis on May 14.
