Larry Walker retired from his post as CEO of Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital in Hazlehurst, Miss., April 17.
Mr. Walker left to pursue being a full-time artist.
William Giles, the hospital's CFO, has been installed as the CEO.
