Geisinger-Community Medical Center CEO Robert Steigmeyer Leaves for Concord Hospital

Robert Steigmeyer plans to leave his position as CEO of Geisinger-Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pa., to become president and CEO of Concord (N.H.) Hospital, effective January 2014.

Mr. Steigmeyer will succeed Michael Green, who announced in December of last year that he will step down at the end of 2013. He has no concrete plans following his resignation, but said he would like to stay involved in healthcare leadership in a less demanding position, according to a Union Leader report.
