Fleming County Hospital CFO, David Boyer, Resigns

CFO of Flemingsburg, Ky.-based Fleming County Hospital, David Boyer, has submitted his resignation effective July 18, according to an article in The Ledger Independent.

Mr. Boyer began his career at Fleming County Hospital in 2011. He told The Ledger Independent that the primary reason for his departure was his family and that he found another position closer to his family.

Fleming County Hospital has been operating under a loss for a few years, according to the article. The 2013-2014 fiscal year budget projected an estimated $1.2 million operating loss.
