2. He previously served as CFO of Gunnison (Colo.) Valley Hospital.
3. He is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and an immediate past president of the Colorado chapter.
4. Mr. Cashman holds an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix, Colorado Springs (Colo).
