Dr. John Warner Hospital Asks CEO to Leave at End of Contract

The board of directors of Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton, Ill., will not renew CEO Earl Sheehy's contract when it expires on April 30, according to a Herald & Review report.

The board's decision followed a discussion of Mr. Sheehy's performance, according to the report.

Mr. Sheehy said this was the first performance review conducted since he joined the hospital in June 2010, according to the report.

The board did not offer any comments on the decision.
