James (Jim) F. Brashear was selected as Conifer’s new Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, according to a press release.
Prior to joining Conifer, Mr. Brashear served as general counsel and corporate secretary at Zix Corporation. In sum, Mr. Brashear brings more than 30 years of legal experience in data privacy, cyber security, software technology, regulatory affairs and corporate governance.
“Jim is a strong addition to our leadership team and his extensive experience with highly regulate, service-oriented businesses is a valuable asset to Conifer,” stated Stephen Mooney, president and CEO of Conifer Health.
Conifer is currently expanding its value-based care and revenue cycle services.
